How to initiate a return

 

RETURNS - EUROPEAN UNION

Returns are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A proof of purchase from this store is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Underwear (panties)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Certain made-to-order items

Made-to-order items can only be returned if:

  • They are made using standard sizing, colors, and lengths.
  • Length adjustments have been made on dresses only.
  • A 30% restocking fee will apply.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Due to elevated return costs, international returns are no longer accepted.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

 

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you have received an item that is incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or has a manufacturing defect that appears after normal use (excluding general wear and tear), we will:

  • Repair, replace, or fully refund the item depending on the situation.
  • No additional fees will apply.

Please report any such issue within 30 days of delivery.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  • Refunds will cover the item’s purchase price, excluding shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method. If paid by gift card, a store credit will be issued.
  • Where possible, we offer exchanges provided the customer pays for return shipping and restocking fees (if any).
  • Refunds will not be granted if the returned item fails to meet our return conditions, except in cases of faulty merchandise.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please send an email to orders@naiadescollection.com with the following information:

  • Your order number (or identifying details if unavailable)
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange
  • Clear photographs if the item is damaged or faulty

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Once you receive return instructions, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.
You may be asked to print return shipping documentation depending on your location.
